Women’s High Growth Accelerator
Liberty, Standard Bank and Tumi Frazier Academy have partnered on a commitment to the growth and development of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in South Africa and across the African continent.

The candidates are enrolled in a 12-week program aimed at enhancing both their personal and entrepreneurship skills.

At the end of the program, these high potential women entrepreneurs are granted opportunity to showcase their businesses, brands, products and services to prospective clients and decision-makers in large corporations.



The Selection Process

Twenty Five (25 -30) Women owned enterprises across different industries are invited to participate in the program. Through a vigorous selection process, the finalist are selected.

  • The business must be a registered company that has been fully operational for a minimum of 3 years or more with 2 or more employees.
  • The business owner has to be a champion of social change
  • Innovative, with an ability to resolve some socio-economic challenge or fulfill a need.
  • Must be willing and eager to learn
  • Committed to service excellence
  • High level of integrity and ambiguity tolerant
  • Flexible
  • Inspirational leader-builder of enduring relationships
  • Must have capacity to share learning with others


Open Accelerator

This Accelerator focuses on start- ups and early stage enterprises across different industries. It is open to female and male entrepreneurs.

Corporate Employees Accelerator

The program is specifically designed for employees who opt to leave full time employment to embark on the entrepreneurship journey.

Youth Accelerator

The focus is on young entrepreneurs in business or contemplating starting a business.
